Yes, you can use both or select one that you need. Pls note that the micro SD card is not included, and it needs to be formatted as FAT32; Its max capacity is 128GB. The Cloud storage is optional.

How to enable Motion Alert and receive alert notifications?

Please enable the Motion Alert feature on the app first. Go to Camera Settings — Enable Motion Alert — Select Time Schedule, then please find General Settings and check if alert notifications are enabled.
