How does the mute function works on phone and computer?

If you connect KH156M with your cell phone, you can press mute button to mute or cancel mute; If you connect KH156M with your computer via the USB dongle, the mute button also works on your computer.

Why does zoom show the microphone cannot be detected after my headset is connected to computer?

When you use software to make a call, check the settings of the computer and software, make sure to select [KH156M dongle] as the default output and input device. Besides, you can exit the software and login in again.Because it may not sync at first.

Can I answer incoming calls from computer and my desk phone (VOIP) using the headset?

If you use the headset with cell phones, you can click the MFB button to answer/end calls (mobile phone calls only). If you use the headset with computers/desk phones, please answer/end calls manually on the computer interface or via the desk phone.

How to reset the headset?

Turn on the headset, then hold and press the MFB button and On/off button at the same time for over 5 second, the led on the headset will flash purple light for once, it means reset successfully.
