Type C Conenction

Note

Multiple connection methods:

1. USB C Connection- If your laptop’s Type C port is a Thunderbolt 4 port, then you only need to use a USB C to C cable in the package to connect the C port of the monitor (make sure it is not the bottom C port)

2. USB C/A+ HDMI Connection- If you don’t know whether the C port of your laptop is a Thunderbolt 4 port, please first connect the USB C to C cable to the first C port of the monitor. If it displays ‘No Signal’, it means that not. Just take out the HDMI to C cable in the package and connect it to the bottom C port of the monitor to provide the video signal.

If the light next to the port is blue, it means the cable is connected properly and the monitor is working properly. If the red light is on, it means the cable is incorrectly connected. Please follow the above method to eliminate the wrong connection or consult the seller.

If the connection is correct but the monitor is a little dim, you can connect an external plug to the first Type C port of the monitor to provide enough power and the it will show normal brightness!
