Product wobbles when unfolded

The product unfolded if in typing is wobbly. You can adjust the smoothness of the keyboard by using the balancing brackets on both sides of the keyboard.

Bluetooth connection failure, delay

1. Please make sure the keyboard is fully charged.

2. Please make sure the Bluetooth driver version of your device is the latest version.

3. Please delete the Bluetooth connection record on your device and then reconnect the keyboard.

How to use the touchpad

Press “Fn+Right Alt” to activate or deactivate the touchpad.

Please note that iOS and iPadOS users may need to enable AssistiveTouch in order to use the touchpad, please go to “Settings” > “Accessibility” > “Touch “ > “AssistiveTouch”.
