Connection Methods

A full-featured USB-C port can make the screen work. If no screen works properly when you connect to the USB-C port, the C port is not full-featured.A USB-A/C port and an HDMI port can make the screen work. When using a USB-A or USB-C cable to connect the screen, an HDMI cable should be also connected to the same screen. Note to connect the USB-A/C cable first, then the HDMI cable.

*The USB-A or USB-C cable should be plugged into the first two Type-C ports on the back of the display. Besides, the HDMI cable should be plugged into the third port. To keep the product lightweight, these ports are designed as Type-C ports.
