Troubleshooting:

1: If only one screen can be lit, please switch the same connection scheme from the screen that can be lit to the screen that cannot be lit for connection. To determine if the screen is damaged.

If another screen can be lit in the same way, please check whether the laptop’s other output port meets the configuration requirements of our monitor: Type-C port (Full Function or Thunderbolt), HDMI port requires additional power supply to the screen, and can not be used if it can not be met.

Note: Many laptops have Type-C ports that are not supported (full-featured or Thunderbolt). The regular Type-C port, on the other hand, can only power the S2 monitor.

2: There are 3 Type-C ports on the back of the S2 monitor, 2 labeled Type-C and one labeled HDMI.

The port labeled Type-C can only receive power and signal transmission from a laptop’s Type-C (Full Function or Thunderbolt) port output.

The port labeled HDMI can only receive signal transmission from the HDMI port of your notebook computer.

It will not work if it is plugged into the wrong port.

3: If you use your laptop’s HDMI port to output signals, be sure to supply additional power to the S2 monitor, as the HDMI port does not support the power supply function and therefore cannot power the S2 monitor.
